Individual Therapy in Alberta

​Individual therapy is available for adults (18+) across Alberta and can be accessed virtually, either by phone or online, or in person. 

 

There are many reasons individuals choose to participate in therapy:

Therapy can create an opportunity to better understand or establish your role in different areas of your life: relationships, family systems, work, and more. In these one-on-one sessions, we will explore your personal history, current challenges, and future goals to create a plan that’s uniquely tailored to your needs.
