Sliding Scale

Sliding scale fee options may be available for clients who are in financial need. Capacity to offer sliding scale fees are limited. Please email nadia@hspsychology.com to inquire about this option if needed.

Payment Options

 

The cost of your counselling services can be paid for by credit card, debit, or 

e-transfer. Fees may be covered by your individual insurance plan. Please check with your provider to inquire about your personal coverage for psychological services. You will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if applicable. Insurance claims and fees remain your responsibility.​ 

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your booked appointment time. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full appointment fee.

Direct Billing

HS Psychology offers direct billing with select benefit providers for your convenience.

Please note that clients are responsible for understanding their individual insurance coverage and benefit limits.
