How I can help:

Together, we can explore anxiety from many angles. We may aim to understand the roots of anxiety through a psychodynamic approach, notice how it shows up in your body through a somatic perspective, or lean to reframe your thoughts using cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT). The hope is to understand anxiety, as well as help you develop a greater sense of resilience long-term.
